James Teagle
Head Coach

Professional triathlete with multiple 70.3 wins, a top-10 finish at 2023 70.3 World Championship and formerly held the record for the fastest Ironman debut

Nearly a decade of coaching experience, guiding athletes across all levels with Kona top-10s, national titles and top professional results

With a Sports Science degree from Loughborough, James balances his knowledge and wealth of experience with insightful and individualised training


Luke McCarron
Coach

Professional Irish short-course triathlete targeting the 2028 Olympic Games, currently ranked 168th in the world

Since starting triathlon in 2017, Luke has progressed from local clubs to elite high-performance setups, racing for Ireland in the European Games

A Cambridge-graduate medical doctor, he understands what it takes to chase big goals alongside real-life demands and is passionate about sharing those lessons with his athletes
Elliot Johnston
Coach

Former professional footballer who moved into triathlon at speed, going from complete beginner to finishing a full-distance race in six months

A year later, he qualified for the 70.3 AG World Championships, placing 21st. He's now raced another Worlds and taken on a wide range of bike and run races

Studying at Cambridge University, he understands how to balance training with career commitments and brings both newcomer insight and elite sporting experience to his coaching
